Mrs. Pylant is being recognized for generously giving her time and support to assist our long-term substitute as she became acclimated to the procedures and expectations at ICES. Mrs. Pylant has demonstrated exceptional leadership, stepping in as both a guide and a helpmate to new staff members. Her willingness to serve, mentor, and lead by example truly reflects the collaborative spirit that makes our school strong.
Mrs. Benson is being recognized for turning a challenging situation into a meaningful relationship-building opportunity. She looked beyond the emotions of the moment and intentionally sought to understand a different perspective. Her level of care and commitment to the well-being of her student was a powerful representation of professional character and heart-centered leadership.
